VOLLEYBALL TRAINING

In this post we will see a kind of training for volleyball

before starting training, we will see a small introduction about what is and consisting volleyball

The volleyball is a sport where two teams face on a plot of smooth game separated by a central network , trying to pass the ball over the net to the floor attacking half. The ball must be touched or driven with blows clean , but can not be stopped , held , retained or accompanied. Each team has a maximum of three hits for returning the ball to the opposite field . Usually the ball is hit with hands and arms, but also with any other body part . One of the most peculiar characteristics of volleyball is that players have to be rotating their positions as they earn points

  1. No Spanish words are allowed.
    finger touches = to set
    forearm touches = to bump
I cannot see specific movements in your team tactic task.
